- Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher
- The OS user must have:
- Windows XP - read/write privileges to the "..\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data" folder;
- Windows 7/Vista - read/write privileges to the "..\Users\<User>\AppData" folder;
- Read/write privileges to the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\" section of the system registry
Oracle client:
- 32-bit Oracle SQL*Net, Net8, Net9, Net10 or Net11
Oracle database:
- Oracle versions 7.3 and higher
The PL/SQL Debugger requires Oracle Probe 2.0 and higher. The PL/SQL Profiler requires Oracle 8.0.5 and higher.
