Technical Support via forum is not available anymore. Conquest Software Solutions has started providing technical support to its
customers and trial users via Online Support Desk (OSD).
Online Support Desk (OSD) - provides the user with an integrated to the application easy-to-use graphical interface to communicate
with Technical Support, receive news from Conquest Software Solutions and keep your application up-to-date using the auto-update feature.
Depending on the settings in your preferences, you should see when opening application in the status bar if there are new messages
waiting or new updates are available. Important is, with the integrated message feature, the system suggests to attach by default
the "Log-file" and "System environment file" and in addition other file attachments (e.g. screen shots) by the user. This information
will help a lot to faster and better answer any users technical support request.
